Hasta ahora la implementación de soluciones de telemetría ha sido limitada por su alto costo a pocas cuencas y redes de canales de riego, y en éstas generalmente a sólo unos pocos puntos de medición, limitando el valor creado y el retorno sobre la inversión de estos proyectos.

Adicionalmente, el rendimiento de dichos equipos no siempre ha sido el esperado, ya sea por problemas de vandalismo, precisión de sus mediciones o frecuencia de datos. 

 

Por estas razones, Capta Hydro ha desarrollado un innovador equipo de telemetría de caudales con las siguientes características principales:

Alta calidad de Datos en software AMARU

El envío de hasta 4 datos de caudal por minuto asegura información de calidad sobre el comportamiento en tiempo real del caudal y permite una rápida reacción ante eventualidades.

 

Además, la conectividad 4g asegura una mayor confiabilidad de la transmisión y se reenvían los datos tomados cuando hay ventanas en donde la señal se debilita o falla.

Capacidad Multisensor

Permite incorporar hasta 10 sensores adicionales, incluyendo medidores de PH, salinidad o medidores de caudal adicionales para un mayor control de puntos complejos.

Fácil instalación, sin pozo de calma

Instalación en menos de 2 horas, directo en la obra civil del canal. 

 

No se requiere de obras civiles adicionales, tales como casetas, pozos de calma o cercos perimetrales.

Bajo costo por punto de telemetría

Al evitar las obra civiles adicionales, el precio de los equipos CFT es una fracción del costo de otras alternativas, permitiendo que para el mismo presupuesto, se pueda tener un mayor número de equipos de telemetría midiendo la distribución del agua.

Canal Flow Telemetry

Telemetry that delivers high precision and frequency data at an affordable cost.

Until now, high cost has limited the integration of telemetry and data gathering in canal systems. With few points of measurement, these systems often create little value for operators.

 

Additionally, the performance of such equipment has not always been as expected, either due to vandalism, inaccuracy of measurements or lower frequency of data.

 

Because of this, Capta Hydro has developed innovative flow telemetry equipment for gauging sections in channels with the following main characteristics:

Autonomy in Energy Source

The Capta CFT equipment has 3 energy options: integrated solar panel (standard), separate solar panel (for places without direct solar radiation) and connection to the grid.

The data frequency is automatically adjusted to the availability of battery and radiation, with a maximum of 1 week for Flow of data every 15 minutesn un máximo de 1 semana para datos de caudal cada 15 minutos.

Camera with night vision

Integration of fan HD camera for day or night viewing of the channel, via the AMARU software.

Anti-theft design

Features a safely installed design with expansion bolts and an anti-theft warning system ensuring that the system is protected against attempted theft.

High level of connectivity and frequency of transmission of data to AMARU software

The delivery of up to 4 flow data points per minute, ensuring quality behavioral information in real time on the flow and allowing for a quick remedy of discrepancies.

 

In addition, 4g connectivity ensures greater transmission and reliability of data when there are windows of weak signals or network systems occur.

More precise measurement

By using ultrasonic sensors with temperature compensation and software algorithms with physical filters.

Easy installation, no calm pit

Installation in under than 2 hours, installed directly onsite

 

No additional civil work needed, such as the installation of booths, calm wells or perimeter fences.

Direct measurement in limnimeter of the gauging section

The Capta CFT equipment measures the height of the water through an ultrasonic sensor, with accuracies between 0.2% and 0.33% of the total measurement range (between 100 and 600 cm).

 

In the case of a 100 cm range sensor, the precision range will be + - 0.2 to 0.33 cm.

Low cost per telemetry point

By avoiding additional civil work, the price of CFT equipment is a fraction of the cost of other alternatives, allowing the client to use the same budget for a greater number of telemetry equipment to measure the distribution of water.

ENERGY

In certain installation spaces the available solar energy may not , so a version that can be connected to the network, to a solar panel system or set of batteries away from the wall or gauging section has been developed.

 

The Capta CFT-Micro o equipment has a protective housing made of anti-abrasive steel that protects the internal system. Along with this, all collected data is sent to Capta AMARU software, regardless of whether the equipment is powered by solar panel, batteries or connected to an electrical network.

EQUIPMENT FOR PRE-EXISTING WATER GUARDHOUSES AND CALM WELL

This version of Capta CFT for flow telemetry consists of electronics and sensor, which enables it as a special equipment for guardhouses or wells of calm already built.

 

The equipment is installed without batteries or solar panel since it is connected to the house network, also allowing the integration of pre-existing sensors from other suppliers.
