LFT

Level and Flow Telemetry

Telemetry that delivers high precision, high frequency data at an affordable cost.

In many water distribution systems, uncertainty in water volumes due to drought, severe rains, and the need to mitigate lapses in water delivery have promoted the incorporation of telemetry systems to measure, control and effective network management.

To meet this need  Capta Hydro has created the Capta LFT telemetry system of wells, to monitor the extraction of groundwater and help effectively manage these assets.

The Capta LFT system complies with all the requirements of Chilean regulations.

Digital Manometer (optional)

Level sensor by hydrostatic pressure

Intuitive web interface allows monitoring of Capta equipment from anywhere in real time.

Ultrasonic flow meter

Pump power meter

(optional)

Visualization of data in software AMARU

Detailed data history

Measure and analyze well depth up to 500 meters.

Monitor the pressure and operating status of the pump with visible data on location and online.

You can measure active and reactive to calculate efficiency.

View operational trends and important events, with data backup through the app.

Ultrasonic sensors can be coupled with existing pipelines, reducing the installation time and the cost per equipment.

BENEFITS OF THE TELEMETRY IN WELLS

Flow data monitoring

The AMARU Software from Capta Hydro allows you to keep an eye on important historical data for analysis and management of the water resource.

Drecrease response

time

The alert system parameterized in the software allows quick action against eventualities.

Regulation compliance

The measurement of volumes will allow you to use water proportional to your acquired water rights.

Alerts of extracted volumes

The generation of notifications allows a better monitoring and control of water risk areas.

Know the Chilean regulations for groundwater well telemetry.

Comply with all the requirements of the DGA to

apply for the telemetry subsidy contest.

The Capta LFT well management and control system complies with the regulations and requirements of chilean regulations to apply for telemetry subsidies.

  • Installation of volumetric valves and sensors with telemetry, with or without well rating.

  • Required sensor include flowmeter and a groundwater level sensor.

  • A data logger permanently connected to the flow meter and the level sensor.

  • The flowmeter must have a record system with a capacity greater than 5 years.

  • The integration system must have a bidirectional internal transmission system and a control center.

  • Each data logger or sensor must have connected a transmitter that sends the information registered in the meters to a control center.

  • The transmission medium can be GPRS, satellite, radio, satellite, cable, wifi, or other that exists in the market.

  • The control center must have software capable of processing the data obtained and send it to the DGA.

  • The periodicity of data transmission must be within the same day in which they were measured.

OPERATION AND SUPPORT PLAN

Our commitment is the operational continuity of our equipment, delivering and effective service and timely.
